Last night at a gig, I stared at a guy for about 3 minutes straight while playing after he yelled “Kenny G” about 30 seconds into our second set. Whiskey allowed me to do this. Thank you, Ezra Brooks
I’d never felt so badass in my whole life. Lame.
I would have fought him and afterward explained to him why Kenny G is not a thing you should yell during the middle of a freejazz set. Then I would have explained why even this:
is better than anything he will ever do.
